Print Books (Direct from Website)
Condition: Books must be in new, unopened, and resalable condition (e.g., shrink-wrapped if applicable).
Timeframe: Contact us within 10 days of delivery to initiate a return.
Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and should use a traceable method.
Refund/Credit: Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method, minus original shipping.
E-Books
All e-book sales are final and non-refundable due to their digital nature, except in cases of technical issues.
Exceptions (Damaged/Incorrect Items)
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect book, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with details. We’ll resolve it at no extra cost.
